I've been a little lapse in terms of the Photo Challenge stuffs, and I have no excuse really, except for the fact I'm a lazy bastid sometimes, and this might just be one of those times haha.
Allow me to introduce you to my new friend, Paradox Messmer.
Some of you might already know him, he's a pretty awesome DJ, he used to Model within the SL community and he's also a blogger and photographer.
He's joining today being the Danny to my Sandy, and all I can say is "Tell me about it, Stud!"
We were just hanging out when I mentioned the idea I had for this awesome bodysuit from Miss Chelsea, and he offered to help out so I didn't have to dual log Durex in, and as you can see he makes an "Electrifying!" Danny!!
While I faffed with the photograph we talked briefly about the movie, Grease. It was actually Dox that mentioned the fact that the movie doesn't really have a very good moral to it. I believe he said something along the lines of... "Oh yeah, just change everything about yourself and conform with the clique and you'll get the guy." or yanno.. basically words to that effect... and he's right.
For years I have watched John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John strut through Rydell High, complete with the faux teenage angst, cheery-yet oddly emo songs and inappropriate life choices, but never had I actually considered the content of the movie, and when you actually think about it the whole concept is a little off. But I suppose that's the joy of placing a few well thought out musical interludes into a film, and in a few more years I might be saying the same for the "High School Musical" franchise. :P

*Waves* Hi hi! I don't tend to talk much, but I felt like this might need a little explanation. xD
This is gonna be a pretty BIG blog post, so I'm hoping you'll bear with me, and allow me the opportunity to squee a little, because two of my favourite people, Jadah and Mason are involved. They're the two at the top, pointing and gasping at the koi. (Don't worry about the cutie at the front, she's actually my alt so she's not gonna get butthurt!)
Anywho, I just want this on record somewhere. I'm not very good with being 'friends' with people. I'm hard work, need a lot of time to myself, and can often spend days or weeks at a time just being... well, antisocial tbh. Jadah and Mason understand this completely. (Well, Jadah does, I think she likely slaps Mason a bunch so he doesn't mention anything. They're oddly violent towards each other, but it's endearing.)
It's people like these two that continually bring me joy. These guys allow me to be myself, never stifling, always supporting, constantly driving me to be myself, and be better than I currently am. I'm not sure they know how much they mean to me, but every single word of encouragement they offer me is gold. Their genuine, pure souls mean that I just don't question them when they're nice, and although we don't always see eye to eye, we are able to discuss opinions and differences like adults, and still come out of the other side accepting each other for who we are. They're the inspiration behind this post, and they deserve all the credit.
